Woodreed becomes 7 Seas - the Culture Consultancy.
You may already know, or this may be new news! After almost 35 years at the helm of wonderful Woodreed, with its incredible legacy making workplaces better places to be, Jo has officially stepped back with Lorna and Charlotte taking on the joint Managing Director roles.
Together we have formed a new Power of Two, blending two complementary sets of skills and experience with a shared trilogy of values and one vision, giving us an opportunity to refine our proposition, and with that the decision to rebrand.
So, from now on, Woodreed is now 7 Seas – The Culture Consultancy.
Why 7 Seas?
Apart from giving us a treasure trove of nautical and aquatic metaphor, it’s simple. We combine deep expertise in Culture, Change, Communications and Coaching. We are guided by our values Creativity, Compassion and Courage which are at the heart of how we approach our work. Seven x Cs = 7 Seas!
We work with our clients to guide them across the oft choppy waters of culture and change. We demystify culture and identify and solve culture challenges – the big, the small, and everything in between. We partner leaders to improve culture, enable change, drive effective communication, and develop leadership capability.
